Return Policy
1. Returns
Return policy for second-hand spare parts
At Avangard Parts, we aim to provide maximum quality and fairness in every transaction. If, for any reason, you wish to return a second-hand spare part purchased from us, you may do so under the following conditions:
Return conditions
1. Return period
Up to 14 days from the date the part is received, in accordance with Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
2. Condition of the part
The part must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without additional damage, contamination or missing components.
3. Exceptions
Parts that have been installed, damaged after purchase or modified cannot be returned, except in the case of a proven pre-existing defect.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the reason for the return is an incorrectly delivered or defective part.
Refunds
The refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned part has been received and inspected.
Return procedure
1. Contact us to receive the Return Form. Complete it and include it with the shipment.
2. Send the part by courier to:
